Deputy Director of Operations
The For Baby’s Sake Trust is seeking to appoint a Deputy Director of Operations to work closely with the Chief Operating Officer in leading programme development and delivery across the Trust.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced social work professional with experience of managing teams and who shares our passion for breaking cycles of domestic abuse, giving babies the best start in life, and supporting care-experienced young people.
- Salary: £60,000
- Location: Remote (with occasional travel as required)

Finance, HR & Admin Manager
The For Baby’s Sake Trust is seeking a Finance, HR and Admin Manager to provide accurate, efficient and responsive finance and people administration across the Trust. Working closely with the Chief Finance Officer and colleagues across this small, friendly team, the post holder will manage day-to-day financial processes, maintain reliable accounting records, support effective HR systems and practices, and assist with administrative tasks as required.
